My realtor isn't showing me anything that isn't on the regular residential MLS and she doesn't really add any value to these larger deals.

Hello Everyone,I along with 2 other buddies of mine created a multi-member LLC to wholesale and refer real estate to agents.

Is it OK for the operating company to claim depreciation for the properties that are owned by the holding company.This situation could cause major passive loss issues depending on your situation.Scott Smith has refused to weigh in on this “difference” and has since referred me to a CPA who is so busy that I won’t be able to speak to him on the phone until May.    

Plus a regular home will have established value and appreciation while a container home will be hard to comp.

(I don’t know if a regular warranty company would use this as a reason not to cover you as well, especially if the repair was expensive.)

This ruling focused specifically on irrevocable grantor trusts commonly referred to as Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts (IDGT).
