The tenants are outstanding though the rent does not cover the mortgage at this time.Now we are looking at investing in multi-family properties but we are questioning what we should do with the place in Foothill.

Hi Matt,Based on the people that I have talked to so far, it seems the only people interested in doing a lease option have an outstanding mortgage payment whose monthly payments are higher than the going monthly rental rate.
