He was the one taking care of everything and now I've been approached to by my mother to help run their finances.

Hi All,My mother is looking to sell a condo that she has owned for 20+ years in Marathon, FL.

Ive been living with my elderly mother for awhile in her house to help her with her with bills.

Prospective client is renting as a guarantor for mother in law to live nearby him, proposing to do a 2 year lease, mother in law who will be the occupy is retired so all credit check and income is based off daughter and son in law.  

Also has tenants mother living with them that not on lease. 

I'm working now on getting it put into an LLC primarily for asset protection since we are renting out the attached Mother-in-law apartment as a STVR.

More details here...the reason we need to move is actually that we'll be taking in my ailing mother (devastatingly, she was diagnosed with ALS recently).
