Although this is for Subchapter M, this is relatively consistent with the regs of 48, which states that real property is property consisting of land and improvements to land, such as 1) buildings, 2) inherently permanent structures, and 3) structural components.A “building” generally is any structure or edifice enclosing a space within its walls, usually covered by a roof to provide shelter or housing, parking, offices, displays, or sales space.

All told there are over 1000 people involved in setting up and putting on the show who are being paid to be there, and that doesn't count the "female product displayers" that are hired locally in Louisville.There is also the issue of attendees coming from all over the United States to attend this show who need to make plane connections from all over.

But on the old version where my agent bio was displayed is now replaced with my introduction (About myself) instead.

You have to be a detective sometimes and the MLS listings rarely have information displayed in a way that is intuitive for newer investors to figure out (plus half the time the info is wrong). 

Both you and the buyer displayed many characteristics that produced great results.

How about 'just' all the items currently being displayed?

Are we suppose to display our business license / str license at the rental property?

(I hope I display the same restraint when needed to keep me from buying a bad deal.)
