I was surfing the app store on my phone and came across this app called EZ Real Estate app.

I downloaded the app for BP to my iphone, but it doesn't show responses or messages for me, so I had no idea y'all had commented and I am soooo sorry about the delay of getting back to you!

Get a Kindle or the Kindle app on your tablet and read like your life depends on it, because your financial life DOES.

Not sure how much they look it to the application as far as use like a mortgage app.

What features would the "ideal" bird dog app have?

If I am in Fla where I don't have mls access and I find a house I am interested in, I will open the zillow app, on my pad and drive the street looking at all the yellow (sold) houses, houses move along on the pad as you drive the street, its a fast and rather fun way to get you in the ball park.

We don’t do this because we think it would really reduce the applicants, but it would also reduce the number of people hastily filling out a free app because they are truly desperate.Hope this helps!
