One of the women writing the MTR book is doing a good job making the conversation relevant.  

There's a particular group that even has a women's only meetup, which I think is great!

Well, anyone really, but especially women and women with their own money!

I will approach all the good looking women that ask smart questions or provide great value to others... :) 

Whereas a nicer place might bring in more rent ….not to be sexist - rent to women …..also have a super tight / strict lease ( esp about parties ) ….I have a 23 and 26 yr old son and daughter that rented and reviewed their leases and was blown away 

I've seen women with great credit sneak in their no-good boyfriend.

It's about 10,000 sq ft of office space, divided into about 20 individual suites (about 350-400 sq ft each). 3 floors, elevator and stairs, men/ women single bathrooms on each level, only street parking.

The two young ladies who live upstairs and their parents tell me they're comfortable with the security arrangements, more comfortable than they were in the last place the girls lived in, a big apartment building in Oakland with a perennially busted front door lock and three or four sloppy-drunk stalkers a month coming in at all hours to bang on various doors and confess their eternal love to the young women living in those apartments.
