We don’t know what will happen in future years but the rules will continue to change.

Essentially, this follows the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) method, but with the twist of continually developing more homes on the same piece of land.Do you think this strategy makes sense?

Both cities are expected to continue seeing strong appreciation due to the steady population growth and economic opportunities in the Phoenix metro area.
