I heard on Fox News this morning that the insurance industry has identified 80 high risk zip codes. 78 of them are in Florida.Back to back Florida hurricanes aren't helping the insurance rates.I also heard on the news several days ago they believe 15% or 18% of Florida residents are planning to move to other states.

People wouldn't believe how many deals are lost at what I call the "decision phase" where a lead from an offline marketing campaign goes to research you, and doesn't find good credibility online (which includes the website).
