Open to having a chat with anyone as well, as I am still learning. 

I'm opening my second home and find them extremely rewarding but think I may stop at these two because I am extremely involved in them and am spreading myself too thin I think. 

A friend of mine, who's been investing in Austin for years, mentioned that this approach is opening up more opportunities for both developers and residents.In my own experience here in Phoenix, flexible zoning has been a game changer.

The hope is to build experience and open more doors in the future for new builds.I also just had lunch with a banker on Friday who said they have been opening up and relaxing on real estate again…for everything except non-owner occupied construction - that is still a no go for them.

Even if your city is on board, I'm sure the neighbors won't be thrilled with this operation opening up in their neighborhood.

Sometimes the contractor will come in and tell you a low bid, but then once they open things up tell you you need to spend more to get it corrected because that was not in the bid.

Sharing how I get free leads and explaining the process openly is about teaching, not selling.
