Hello, quick background- I have been buying and flipping raw farmland/ recreational farms for about 5 years.

Even then make sure you do a background check, credit score, and put them on a legit lease.

What is your work background in?  

Just trying to get some overall opinion on online sites for applications and background checks vs going old school and having them hand fill out applications.

Hi Myles, I househack a duplex in Dover with a background in construction.

Currently I’m using Zillow’s background check, and I’m screening all my  tenants  before they sign a lease.

For example, the notion of a "holding" LLC (in a state with charging order protection) that owns other LLCs (in the states where the rental properties are located) is not unique to this firm, but it is certainly promoted more dominantly by this firm than other sources I've come across.
