So I think it's more about the number of efficient hours, and less about forcing those hours into a certain slot just for the sake of being early.

You don’t need a brand new stainless steel model to attract tenants.

Take the cover plate off, and then plug the wires into the receptacle slots.

The reality is that in East Oakland (I own a duplex in East Oakland) it doesnt matter if you have stainless steel appliances, marble counters, hardwood floors and the house is painted Silver and Black to pay Homage to the Oakland Raiders.....you won't get that amount in East Oakland on a 3/1 half of a duplex from a conventional lender.

Also, what are your thoughts on replacing white, functioning appliances with stainless steel?

I don't have much luck with the scanners that are built into the top of a sub-$100 inkjet printer, where you feed the paper through a slot and it emerges an inch later; these tend to give distorted images, for me.

I've been hearing the same things since 1991, when my brother first moved to this area and I started paying attention to economic developments and the lack thereof here.What is the reason for Pittsburgh as an MSA to exist if there's no coal mining and transport, no steel mills, no heavy industry, not much going up and down the rivers?
