I've observed a lot of variation in pricing, sometimes even from the same seller.

Astute observation Anthony one only needs to look at rural CA OR WA logging and fishing towns.. to see areas that have been in steady decline for decades.. they have not dried up completely but not a lot going on and 20 to 40% unemployment..  

From my own observations in Kendall and Will Counties, I am seeing some housing starts, but certainly not like the run up to the crash.

Since they love walls any unit that roaches are observed in should have ALL touching units treated, too.
