For the windows and doors, are they making the house uninhabitable? 

I’ve been out on Anna Maria Island for 10 years now and the prices are getting out of control here too.

Hi everyone, as a new investor, I am facing a real hard situation, I leave in long island NY, and the problem that i am facing is that houses are selling way over price, so I decide to look for vacant houses, but I don't have the knowledge on how t find the owner of the propriety.Can some one have apiece of advice for me on any idea on how to find a good deal?

We are pretty much at full capacity on Don Pedro Island in Charlotte County.  

If I had a choice I would want to stay in Long Island, New York close to home but with house prices and the low inventory I do not see how that is possible. 

Hey everyone my fiancé n I just moved from Long Island NY to Charlotte for a new chapter in our lives we recently bought a house and started renovating it.

Agent and investor in Galveston here and we LOVE the STR market on the island (Named the 2021 Best place to buy a beach house by the National Association of Realtors).

I live in NY and I would love to meet up I currently live on Long Island - LETS GOOOOOO

this property is located on Puget Island and on the Columbia River there is a Tesla super charger 30 miles away .. but when you get to the property it would be a benefit to be able to charge as you could then take the ferry over to OREgon and then 30 minutes up to Astoria and or you could keep going on the Washington side of the Columbia to Long beach which the name implies is the longest beach on the west coast and the area were Brandon of BP fame is from LOL..   

We just closed one in Catalina Island.
