I might suggest that C give his portion of deposit to A to make him go away happy.We do this all the time but all parties must sign the addendum and its just a short 1 or 2 sentences stating what everyone is doing.

More Public Housing should be built--aka "the Projects".I know they are crime holes, It's better than homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks, and it keeps the crime concentrated in one area.Most of these people are probably just between Prison Sentences.

The last sentence states that if the title company depended on the statement, which they will say they did if there is a problem, that the seller is responsible for all costs. 

Otherwise focusing on an single sentence in the beginning of the message body may do you the most good.

I would challenge you and your wife to rethink that first sentence.

I couldn't agree more with your first sentence, where you say "We get so busy trying to build wealth not realizing that our health is the most important thing in allowing us to achieve this goal." 

Inexpensive and plumber do not belong in the same sentence. 

I just read through like 10 listings in an area I'm looking to buy a flip home in and like 7 of them were written in all caps and no paragraph breaks lol.Do agents know that all caps for like 13 run-on sentences is impossible to read???
