Working for a raise or promotion, switching companies, cities, career fields - that’s what I did, while keeping expenses low.

You might want to think about your limiting beliefs.

i would guess 1/2 of the benefits used to promote Muti-family are bogus in the sense they are no different than SFHs.

Hey Trevor,Many real estate investors mistakenly believe that they will be protected from lawsuits by their integrity, their insurance company, or a mistaken belief that they don’t expose themselves to liability.

There are also quite a few other groups that don't promote on BP but they can be found meetup.com.

They love to claim this...but so many of their claims are just more propaganda to promote THEIR agenda.
