Im looking at a Purchase Agreement and line 7 which talks about CLOSING. says,    "The closing of the sale (the “Closing Date”) shall be on or before _____90 days from acceptance__________, or this Agreement shall terminate unless an extension of time is mutually agreed to in writing.

Your taxes are computed and reported exactly the same as a single member LLC vs having it in your own name.An LLC is for asset protection and you'll want to talk to an attorney as to whether it's a good plan for you.Hint:  With no other significant assets in your name, this is probably not beneficial to you.An LLC buys you an annual maintenance fee and, if you're determined to buy the property in an LLC, usually a higher interest rate and higher down payment requirements.

I was mainly thinking having a higher income would be more beneficial in securing loans and scaling faster, and there could be a possibility that the market would cool off by then.

My personal favorite structure is property owned by a trust; beneficial interest in the trust held by multi and/or single member LLC's; then you can get real creative on who owns the membership in the LLC's.

Mutually we decided we were not a good match and let them out of their lease with one month notice but they tried to give 3 week notice with excuse we wanted them gone and the place they found was available then and new LL wanted them to move in as soon as it was ready.
