I'm guessing one could be called the junior adu and the other being the main ADU could work.

Mainly because I "assumed" how long could utilities such as water ,trash and electric really get backed up without getting shut off.

We focus mainly on value add properties in A/B areas.

Main reason is the buyer, nor I as the lender have an opportunity to view/vet the property prior to purchase. 

The main issue here is that you had to send a physical check to a "new address" to return the deposit.

It needs a lot of work, but my main thing I need help with is this old shed behind the property.
