From experience with my own daughter AND mother-in-law, I can say that this *could* have been due to a clogged drain caused by their gunk (face products, toothpaste, etc) in the p trap.

A DSCR Product is what you are looking for, DSCR Loans aren't based off of your income, they do not report on your personal credit and they are beating conventional investment rates in most cases.

I do think it's more seasonal nationwide, in denver specifically it's the migration plus seasonal.Approximately or every 5 home selling in CA it may trigger 1 home buying out of state and 3-4 home buying inside CA tertiary area.All no longer non-productive family has to move to either central CA or outside CA, the trend is very obvious.

I can understand that low cost housing will appeal appeal to a different tenant profile, but if the product itself is very good won't it also attract the kind of tenant you want more readily?!?

Its not that the operator does not qualify its just the banks by and large do not have that product.. what a lot of bigger players do is use their securities as collateral and pull loans through that avenue and those can be very good rates..
