Just thought for those of you starting out and thinking of buying one to live in for a year or two then turn into a rental or sell later, this is a wonderful option.

I was wondering if anyone had had any success selling a still operating STR and if so if they had any tips. 

Im wondering if i can use a heloc on my primary residence to either purchase or use for a down payment on an investment property and then refinance the investment property into a conventional 30 year mortgage to “pay myself back?”  

- The font style in your bottom section is a little hard to read (for me), so wondering if a more traditional font would be better.

I'm wondering though...if you buy a new constructon, will builders still pay for a buyer's agent fee?

I'm wondering because of the housing shortage if the federal government is offering some low interest loans for this type of development.
