I've heard that you might need a hard wired fire alarm system, but haven't heard of needing a supression system, I thought that was only for commercial buildings or restaurants, but I think I will fill out an application for variance and see where it goes?  

I would never do a commercial loan with shorter amortization and balloon payment. yes lower rates for now, but you have to do a refi at some point and if you do all of your loans on shorter terms, you will not be able to access as much traditional financing potentially.

Using multiple platforms together and cross-referencing with public records or MLS data (if accessible) can help minimize discrepancies.
