I am worried about being over leveraged on the property but as long as we keep the ADU rented we should be ok, and ARB is possible as Bend is a very touristy destination.We would like to move in a year or two when our last daughter gets out of school and rent both portions of the house or sell outright.This is our first deal and to be honest I am pretty darn nervous and so is my wife about these numbers as they are very big for us.
