If they are bluffing, then you can go and initiate the eviction process and that will bring about its own hearing.This WILL be a frustrating process no matter how you cut it, so juice this orange for all you can squeeze out of it by learning everything possible along the way.

Even with these numbers investors are really sharpening their pencils because it could take 1.5-2yrs and these people do really well with their other investments so they need to be sure the juice will be worth the squeeze.

Which even 4 years ago I would have taken a 70% dirt advance and really juiced our return numbers kind of like syndicators do with debt on their projects as opposed to raising all cash to buy apartments..
