They will not hesitate to lock hosts out of your account based on accusations that the will not even share with you, and take a very long time to investigate.

In investigating why…I looked closely into the report I realized the SF was lower than what it had always been.. it said 1760 as against 1822.

Nothing, I got a call and the opportunity was there so I investigated it further, reached out to my network, and just put it together out of thin air so-to-speak.

Then you can think about your criteria whether it’s for property you want to own, REITs you want to investigate, if you want to wholesale, do flips, etc.

If so they would not want to admit it because you might call the police and they'd start an investigation.

I wasn't sure if I could figure it out but hated the idea of hiring plumber without investigating the situation.

If these kids are walking home it would not be expensive to hire someone to look at which house they are going to, (doesn't necessarily have to be a private investigator but to be clear you would be hiring them as "security" for the property not hiring them to stalk anyone) look up the parents on the county tax assessors site, and threaten a lawsuit.

Maybe investigate those sooner rather than later?

I will go that route and investigate it further.

Now it's time to start investigating some other markets and get a realtor I suppose...
