A quick web search looks like Montana is pretty lenient on disclosure forms, but you should check with your local real estate experts to be sure.If a buyer learns of it I would certainly expect them to want a discount or to shy away from the property.

Ah, and how could I forget, the agent has to sign the LBP disclosure form which is required for the contract anyway so... any reputable brokers office would not release a contract to title/escrow without that form.As previous posters said, you're worrying too much.

You have to take into consideration the amount of repairs that will be needed, finding a reputable contractor, and keeping your fingers crossed that the house is not vandalized before you can get a tenant in the home, etc.

And as @Chris Mason mentioned, lenders are worried about being audited so if they're even mildly reputable, the charges are going to be reasonable.
