So, for the time being let's just say that if you are adding on to a dwelling or: doing electrical work with panels, adding plumbing, changing gas lines, etc. - Stick to pulling a permit or at least use a licensed and insured technician that will warranty his work.

On the wall section we have a 48" stove/oven with uppers and lowers on each side (lowers will be drawers) , then next to them there will be 30" column (refrigerator on one side and freezer on other) with matching panels.

Updates include newer plumbing in basement, roof 5 years, updated electrical panels, half of the windows are newer, some replacement blinds and paint to both units!
