Only one of them had a soap dish for my bathroom soap.

Instead of trying to use the search feature to learn the site, the people and the many resources available, they will start a new thread asking to be spoon fed information that has been dished out over and over again.

The house should only be a tear down (termites which have destroyed the garage and interior of the home, no central air/heat throughout although it's listed as such, broken showers and dish washer, swimming pool with cracks in it, a leaky roof, etc..). 

(colander, ice trays, tea kettle, dish towels, knife set, etc?)

Or how about all those supposedly-cleaned dishes in the cabinets that a thousand people have used? 

I ask them to wash their dirty dishes and take out the trash.

If you can’t take a little constructive criticism (and you’re obviously very quick to dish out criticism in a market you don’t know), then you might need to grow a thicker skin if you want to do real estate long term.

I just had an inspection at the property and found it pretty dirty not trashed but dishes everywhere stacked dirty...just dont clean. 

It's sold in pads for scrubbing dishes.

They use satellite, gps, Azimuth etc.
