The purpose of marketing is to attract an in-person showing.

That person isnt to hard to find.

Little did I know it would take decades to ripen :)3. bought a foreclosure sale .. traded the house for the 3 acres the person who owned the house. 

My personal example is a one bedroom condo I’ve held my entire adult life - and this is in a top tier market - Dupont Circle neighborhood in Washington DC.

The only thing that keeps me from owning a house for my personal use is the baggage it comes with like maintenance, time and overhead costs.But I understand It'll cut costs and is something I should really think about.Thanks
