Flores keeps changing his business names and social media names. 

For the last four years we had a stable economy, unemplyment keeps getting lower, continued low interest rates (anything below 8% is low) and a social trend towards renting (although millenials have started buying as of late).

Stalk social media like no other, if you don't find them first by their name/number/email, check their references and find them that way, some people do fake names...   

I totally agree with you, that no matter how much we do things online these days, nothing can replace face to face meetings and other social activities.

On the phone, learning the basics, making my contact base, social media to the core!

Walk, knock and talk, Direct mail, Social Media... etc...

I think the last social in the Salt Lake Valley was a month ago? 

The property seems to cater to the lower end of the market but attracts some doctors, social workers, and related and unrelated types of businesses.   

For those who are experienced in social media/blogging, I am asking for any advice you may have for a "newbie" in branding and getting our names out there.Thanks guys!!
