My main question is around financing – how do you typically secure funding for a portfolio like this?

My main concern is that the contractor does not extend past the 3 days and take any time off for weekend.

I have looked into the PadSplit model and am interested, however, pad split is mainly into finding renters and not so much being there for turnovers or other things.
