The one thing I will say that is finicky is the electric on-demand hot water heater: it doesn't like it the hard water from our well so we had to upgrade our water softener to the best one available, and it also doesn't like it when my wife runs the dishwasher, clothes washer, and tries to take two long hot showers at the same time.

If you had $17 and the clothes on your back, I am willing to bet it wouldn't matter 1 drop what anyone said of how it "can't" be done, because failure is NOT an option at that point, the next meal depends on it, where you next lay your head depends on it, because you MUST find, make or build a way to how it can and does work.

If it is small nail holes wipe them down and spackle with as little spackle as possible and wipe excess off with a damp cloth after 30 minutes to an hour do not sand and let dry.

They would leave incredible amounts of garbage from beer bottles to clothes to furniture to broken chairs which really caused the whole area to become unsightly.
