Congratulations on your 10 year anniversary!  

Windermere is home to many celebrities like Shaq, Wesley Snipes, Arnold Palmer, Tiger Woods, Grant Hill and so many more.

I think there are many BP investors that beat the stock market returns, and consequently, do much better than celebrities.

We are celebrating 2 years in the house February 6th and we are about to close on another duplex that should cash flow nicely.  

I hope y'all have a great day/weekend of celebration. 

Have your neighbors/tribe do the same.7 - One more thing, when these problem tenants leave, use the opportunity to celebrate as a group.

I don't post a lot of Before & Afters here (I know people get bored of them), but this one is so nice that I wanted to give some credit where it's due...This was a three-way BiggerPockets partnership between @Todd Whiddon, myself and another BP member who would prefer to remain nameless (he shuns the celebrity lifestyle ;-). 

I celebrated throughout the weekend, while my property sat idle through negative degree temperatures.

I rather have more celebrations than less.
