Easy and simple, Moderate knowledge required, Somewhat difficult, difficult to master or very difficult and intense subject matter?

For various reasons, I am not willing to organize any seminar/luncheon, let alone three, in Redding.Note to the moderator: I believe nobody in this forum would buy a note for a 7% return.

I wish the people who moderate and run this site had an icon that would automatically post the question: "What are the numbers?"

It's very similar to the prohibition of alcohol.  

I went to Home Depot and got DE and put it along the baseboards in the room and in the carpet but this was after I sprayed everything with alcohol (dried them out).

The homes about 1500 square feet with about a quarter of it with wallpaper and light to moderate wall repair.

Also take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our forum organization - I believe this post should be reposted in our Marketplace section, but one of the moderators will probably chime in about that.

Just wondering, is there a way to start a group on biggerpockets, that members can subscribe to, it has a main moderator, and tailored to specific subjects?

Why don't you just email or PM the moderators and ask them?
