If you want to make it exponentially harder for someone to even find the name of the holding company LLC, individual properties can still be held in anonymous Trusts. 

That will add anonymity and make your life easier to transfer one property from one LLC to another without having to redo the title and pay recording fee and stamp.How much property per LLC is a matter of personal choice and risk tolerance.

The cost was $250 and everything is registered in the agent's name so I am completely anonymous.

Which is kinda defeat the purpose of anonymity if the Trustee get all the annoying phone calls.

Depending on the state it may not be worth it, and that transfer tax would be ridiculous as well.I would check if you are able to transfer it into a Trust without paying the transfer tax, as the bank/lender won't be able to tell you anything if it's put into a Trust.Another thing is the Trust won't really give you any protection, it'll just give you some anonymity if anything so you don't have your name on the property and you are a little harder to find.

We want to remain pretty anonymous- don’t want tenants knowing I’m the owner- for simplicity sake-  I would just be the manager of the property.  

Educate yourself on what an LLC is for and then really think about whether you need one or not.An LLC is useful for two things: anonymity and legal protection.

They're pretty much the only state that offers anonymity asset protection with a land trust, so that saves the step and cost of setting up a holding LLC in WY, DE, or NV.

Giving the bank a local address will not impair your anonymity (unless you use your home address and they print it on your checks).
