Graphics is kind of a hobby for me, so I tend to put a little more time into these types of things than I probably should.

A new roof is an expensive venture for a lender to undertake, if the plan is to take a loss (short sale usually connotes a lender taking loss on its position).

Central air is a big, messy undertaking in an existing property.

If it was built before June 15, 1976 it's considered a PRE HUD Mobile Home and many MHP's won't allow them in their communities because they're too old and only serve to further blight the park.Additionally, moving a MH, especially a multi-section MH can be a very costly undertaking.

I work at a real estate company doing graphics and marketing and passed the real estate test weeks ago but don't have my number yet.
