All I can say is .. he is a TREMENDOUS inspirational teacher & trainer.

He also informed me that after reviewing my issue with support that Baselane would be escalating the issue that I experienced to their management group to make procedural changes to ensure that this type of issue doesn't happen again to their customers in the future.I was very appreciative of his call. 

Biggest issue is contractor realizes they have leverage over you, so timeline slips and costs escalate.

I started listening more to other agents and experienced investors, which has helped me grow tremendously.

Even someone seeing the gun could cause escalation that otherwise would not occur.

We will have to increase density tremendously to have any sort of chance....but that is a very unpopular option. 

These things make a difference.I've done a few note deals (as both buyer and seller), and I think I learned a tremendous amount doing those deals.

They're usually well meaning, but when they get involved with the leasing process, a repair issue, a neighbor complaint, etc,  it always escalates the issue.
