My plan was to sign and get the docs notarized at the US Embassy here but the issue is I'm in a time zone 12 hours ahead so it won't be possible to do that the same day I receive them. 

If you can find a spot that is zoned for storage that's great and gives a great advantage, but most of the time zoning can be an issue.  

Of course, all of our members can show up at different branches and present our identity and it wouldn't be a problem, but ...My partners and I are all in different time zones and aren't even in the country. 

When I invested OS I kept them together, in the same time zone, and had a PM.

You have a great last name for whenever you decide to create a thought leadership platform - there's definitely something there: "Millions with McMillion" etc.That's awesome man, I miss living in the pacific time zone, I am in OKC and would have some pretty upset clients if I started calling them around 6am my time.

It might be difficult to do this being on the other side of the world in almost the opposite time zone.

This emailing customer support back and forth and then a day lapses since they are in a different time zone is really getting frustrating at this point.Thanks

I am on the east coast so there is no way the time zone affected it.  

A lot of the designers are in a different time zone so you have to wait until the next day or more to hear back.

I'm in Ohio so same time zone.
