Real estate agents will be here for a long time to come, just like doctors, lawyers, public servants etc. 

A true description for failure.You have a terrible tenant that.....you do not want to get rid of                                                ......you choose to be at her beck and call to collect money she owes you                                                .......you accept her monetary handouts like her servant.                                                 ......you have no idea what you are doing wrong and no idea what you should be doingI would normally tell someone in your position to sell before you go bankrupt.

Hey.they need the money to fund the retirements of public servants--here to HELP you!

Is there any reason I can't have 2 "Guest houses, servant quarters, or lodging facilities for caretakers or watchmen" (R-4 zoning rules I am referencing) in a single structure with separate entrances not connected to the largest unit?  

As an agent working a full time public servant job I would tell you that the transition can be done; however, it will take some time and hard work to get your sales up. 

If you think that isn't true, look at some of the "public servants" getting hundreds of thousands a dollars a year in retirement.

Sure ..... they will take your money for title searches and add junk fees to your settlement sheet.FIND THE DEAL and the help you need will magically appear.......... lawyers, title companies, agents and others in your quest for fame and wealth are your servants, they work for you and do as you request for a fee.

I wake up every morning and commit to being the best husband, pet owner, family member, employer, and servant leader I can be.Not every day is your best day, but you can always commit to giving each day your best.The same goes for balance; not every area of your life will always be perfectly balanced.

(in my opinion i think public servants in roles like congress and etc should get paid what ever the median salary of the US employment market) and on top of that to have them spend the majority of those 136 days wheelin and dealin and arguing over s*** that leads them to not get anything done!
