I have won the REO on 09/28 on the auction in Miami for $52000, and closing got extended twice. 12/28 is deadline. the case is: there is no appropriate parking lot so the grass in front needs to be paved, and chain link needs to be fixed.

We have been less then impressed with the service thus far.The property is realativly unique in the fact that it sits 1/4 of a mile of of a paved road and down a less then desirable paved road.

I have guys who can finish the building after its framed but the cost of foundation, framing, paving, water and sewer lines cost a fortune..To me it doesn't make sense if it's not high-end A class..

Everyone started using it as a driveway and would park on it so now it is paved and maintained by the town.
