I have two kids in middle school and I'm trying to get myself ready to retire by 55.

I also, just this morning saw that someone was offering financing in a post.

But there are certain skills you need.. to be successful and not everyone has the intangibles.LIke all sales   there are top producers  there are middle of the road and there are some that just are never going to do it for various reasons.  

If you learn how to use Hard Money loans properly and how to find good deals in need of rehab, there are plenty of areas of the country where you could buy 3-4 rent properties in solid middle class areas with good cashflow.

Some times with middle name, sometimes with middle initials, I've had my name misspelled on official records. 

Most of those old houses with the upstairs ceiling rooms are just about 7 ft in the middle of the room but they go down to as low as 3 ft.

Aside from this: I would become a middle woman!
