More than 5 days late (or whatever your local laws consider late), give them notice. 

Family becomes brutal when its time to split up land or decide what to do, plus with the heirs laws you or your siblings kids have rights to the property.

Also, something the state though is looking to make a law on now though.

You hire tax specialists in every country in which you invest and you have them work together with your tax advisor in the US.What you could do would also depend of your own knowledge of the tax laws in the countries in which you invest.Hope this helps

So just foloow state law and start the process......better sooner than later. 

Be prepared for some people to let you know they're leaving and just make sure that they or you give the appropriate notice based on state laws.
