Habitat For Humanity requires labor hours to be accomplished, many require completion of home onwership classes, others require satisfactory rental periods along with other requirements.

Do some habitat builds, intern for a commercial real estate company... take adavtage of the unique envirent of college.

I also went to El Salvador to help build a house for Habitat for Humanity... another reality check.I am not saying go quit your job and become a monk.

I decided to volunteer with habitat for humanity.

Also, anything working and reusable like appliances, ceiling fans, cabinets, sinks, doors, etc can be set aside and once you have it out Habitat for Humanity will send a truck and pick it up for you as long as you have big items and a local store.

I work with agents because of their expertise in their markets, and yes a little help in analysis but you must establishes your habitat as an investor.
