You can still have the same problem if the wire nut is loose (applying a load downstream will melt the wire nut), and you can have a problem at the pigtailed outlet if the screw for the short wire is loose - but only if you plug something into the pigtailed outlet.Some home inspectors have a plug-in gadget made by Ideal or Fluke that allows them to find things like this.

The other gadgets, in my opinion, appeal to landlords and not at all to tenants- and not to the degree of setting you apart.I would seriously look at the Chicago controls thermostats, they are not flash, but they will save you $ while still allowing the tenant freedom.Other things I am very much “meh” about.

I would be including everything that a small family, couple or single person needs, such as linens, kitchen gadgets, utensils, etc. 

Simply this:Sure you found a motivated seller that so-happen-to-be in foreclosure... that doesn't mean that by pulling the foreclosure list you will get a list of motivated sellers.There does NOT exist a way, method, system, gadget, software, or app, that can target motivated sellers.

Got all kinds of gadgets, radio, CD player, foot massage, body jets, rain showers, ozone sterilization, steam, exhaust fan, telephone etc...a new one sells for $3000.
