With all the new development around the stadiums, it can be very lucrative and presents room for growth as the area continues to develop.

Great question - goal is to eventually rent out both units to total $3400/mo - it would be closer to $2000/mo for the one unit until repairs are done and my lender is ok with it no longer being my primary residence. 

@Naresh Yegireddi you also need to look into the locations of the building and general ability to re-tenant when then eventually leave or go dark. 

I have from time to time spoken with the city administrator, economic developer, & a person at building planning commission.

We plan to share ownership of the property as I am going to invest my money into developing (building a Detached ADU in the back) and re-modeling the property so that we can collectively sell it for a profit.
