Hey @Trevor Scheumann, The biggest thing to look for when visiting a new potential market is going to be to network with boots on the ground, namely property managers, highly recommended realtors and maybe a few contractors if they come from trusted sources.

Find your boots on the ground and assemble a good team.

So they can boot me anytime and they are on the checking account and can see all transactions I find that about as transparent as I can make it..

I know there are successful investors there.I have a couple of great realtor/investors that work that market hard if you need great boots on the ground.
