Regretfully we listed our breathtaking brand new mountain modern waterfront cabin with them.

I'm of the notion that wide, flat white sand beaches suitable for beach activities is preferred, whereas the rocky coastlines in Cali and Maine are breathtaking, they just are very utilitarian for families with kids that want to play on the sandy beaches.  

It's breathtaking what people will pay for a charming unit in that part of town. 

When complete the property will feature 4 breath-taking units, a spacious lobby, renovated historic exteriors, modern interiors; all in the heart of Tucson just minutes away from the University of Arizona and downtown Tucson.This “gem” of a deal would not be possible without the systems, experience and creative intuition we have worked hard to achieve. 

Mid-century modern or other distinctive architecture and design styles, unique breathtaking pools, and high bedroom/bathroom count homes are some of the tried and true ways to stand out here. 

Bearing in mind that Ontario LTB wants landlords to slip up so they can make a spectacle of slapping them around, take the following advice with a HUGE warning that you must not violate any human rights, discriminate, etc. 

Even if it was a scrape it would likely cost a breathtaking amount to raze.

My recommendation is to take a deep breath, take a step back, and listen to as many podcasts from bigger pockets as you can, join your local real estate investors association, and network as much as possible.
