With that being said, I would recommend taking a look at Columbus Ohio - you can still find the 1% rule and amazing appreciation here!

We have an amazing realtor who helped us find the property and helped us run numbers on possible ARV, @KiKi Wood. 

Additionally, the price point is still cheap enough to find the 1% rule and positive cash flow and there's amazing appreciation potential.
