I own a two long term rental in the Pacific Northwest and one in the Midwest.

I have been given a few names: Equity Trust, Pacific Premier Bank, Midland Trust, Entrust Group, but I am not sure who to go with. 

I hire a pluming company replace a shower drain he quoted me at $560.00 He had down the initial inspection and the never mentioned anything about the shower pan being damaged.Today he came out and said that the that the drain was corroded from all the hard water and was not able to remove the drain, he them send me photos of the shower pan with a whole near the drain and the tools use to try to remove it.

Also make sure there is a pan underneath it and adequate drainage incase it cracks . 

Everything he did would be his foot in the door, but nothing ever panned out.Wholesaling rarely pays off, and it is even more rare to make a living at it.

Any information about beachfront pacific beaches in Chiriqui would be helpful. 

then when something similar to something you have seen comes up, you'll have a much stronger idea of whether it might pan out or not.and - would walking the properties give you more info than you would get from an experienced contractor or inspector?
