What’s your main focus, or what are you hoping to get out of your journey here?

Rents continue to climb as well but likely not enough to keep up with increasing monthly mortgage payments when considering interest rates and soaring property values.There are 2 main schools of thought when considering investing in an expensive market like Long Island.- Robert Kiyosaki, Grant Cardone, and similar thinkers believe its best to invest in markets with higher cashflow while renting where you want to live.

I understand the two main downsides of condos being monthly fees out of your control and little appreciation. 

My background was in data science, statistics, and economics (mainly econometrics) and I couldn't have landed in a better place. 

Is it mainly a sales pitch or is there good knowledge that you cannot find elsewhere?

It is balance sheet heavy but for some reason, most investors in BP are just focused on P&L and they stick with these free accounting platform that doesn't even utilize the Balance Sheet.A lot of the time when I clean up client's books, it's mainly in the balance sheet that needs to be fixed up.

The northland MAREI meeting and the main monthly meeting at MAREI have a minimal fee, or for $99 a year you can attend all of them for no extra charge - northland is in person, the main meeting is still online, both are great ways to connect and learn. 

He gives an example of 123 Main street (total profit/total invested capital)/time in years.
