Hi Anthony,Tight budgets and NNJ duplexes don't go together unless you're ok with higher crime rates and bad school systems.

The whole point of owning a MHP is so that you don't have any maintenance, such as clogged toilets, appliance repairs, mechanical system repairs.

I think it's healthy to keep our eyes open for products that suit us best, especially as our businesses grow and change over time, so should our systems.

Cleaned, updated and added new systems throughout initially.

Long story short, they recommend a process that basically looks like...Soil scientist --> (septic engineer IF needed) --> site plan --> county approval...We've spoken to a few soil scientists and they all quote 2k-5k to analyze the property for an appropriately sized septic system. 

They seem to ask for the right information to set up the note in their system.

Since you are remote you will need systems in place to manage quality of work.You did mention you have busy day jobs and a child. 

Systems cost have risen from 3.5k to 6.5k but last 12-15years.  

And I would also pay for the cameras to be wired in.Let me know what security cameras or systems you recommend.
