ANY OTHER marketing venue, it is YOU that needs to chase them and YOU need to convince them you are legit, and YOU need to prove to them you are able capable and willing you can buy their house. 

These are great for the elderly, young professionals, newly weds.

Trucks have the freedom to book spots on their own, and usually do this by contacting office buildings or festivals and concert venues.

I sometimes teach free or lower cost classes either at PCT or through my own venues. 

What is the format, how many people are part of it, paid/free, venues, is it speaker led or open format, etc.

If some homeowners wanted the interior of their home televised, I’m sure they would do it through national tv venues or simply making their own YouTube videos.Furthermore, the “extra” provided advertising goes both ways.

From my observations, people looking for housing scour lots of sites so by excluding a few venues, it doesn't mean you won't still reach those prospects.

If you have the money to invest, I would insist on building a portion of the clubhouse into a wedding venue.
